Delaware Today spotlights extraordinary nurses

Delaware Today magazine’s 2023 list of Top Nurses included more than 100 awardees from ChristianaCare, highlighted as among the best in their areas of nursing practice. Top Nurses are nominated by their peers through a survey by the Delaware Nurses Association for being outstanding in their profession.

Primary care nurse Heather Grogg, BSN, RN, MEDSURG-BC, was the top vote recipient in the Ambulatory Care Nursing category. Cynthia Griffin, BSN, RN, MS, CPHQ, CCM, NEA-BC, chief nursing officer for Community Care, congratulated her at ChristianaCare Primary Care at Linden Hill.

“Congratulations to our exceptional nurses,” said Danielle Weber, MSN, MSM, RN-BC, NEA-BC, interim chief nurse executive. “This recognition is a well-deserved testament to the love and excellence they bring in service to our patients and families, and to their own colleagues.
