Monique Lindsay Named Corporate Director of Medical Group Operations, Surgery

Monique Lindsay, MBA, M.J., has joined ChristianaCare as the corporate director of Medical Group Operations, Surgery. In this role, Lindsay will work closely with Gerard Fulda, M.D., FACS, chair of the Department of Surgery. She will partner with the chair, campus chiefs and service line leaders, and oversee the directors of operations and practice managers in establishing surgical service line strategy and developing business plans and partnerships with stakeholders to achieve service line, acute and ambulatory surgical practices and Medical Group goals.

Lindsay comes to ChristianaCare with 18 years of healthcare experience. Her surgical specialty administrative experience includes general/pediatric surgery, bariatric surgery, fetal surgery, thoracic surgery and experience in departmental level initiatives and areas of responsibility. She has extensive accomplishments in surgical operations, physician practice management, multi-site, high volume operations, strategic planning, physician recruitment/relations and physician contracting and budgeting. She holds master’s degrees in business administration and jurisprudence in health law and regulatory compliance from Rosemont College and Widener School of Law, respectively.

Lindsay reports to Rebecca Nazario, MBA, vice president, Medical Group Operations.
