Donna M. Franklin Named Director of Practice Operations for Women’s Health Services

Donna M. Franklin, CMC, CMOM has been named director of Practice Operations for Women’s Health Services. In her new role, Franklin will partner with the clinical leaders for the Women’s Health practices at Concord, Greenville, Kennett Square and Glasgow.

Franklin has been with ChristianaCare since 2017. Over the last five years, she has held several roles within the system, including practice supervisor for Women’s Health at Wilmington, practice supervisor for Women’s Health at Middletown East, and, most recently, practice manager for Sports/Lifestyle Medicine and Rheumatology.

Franklin was instrumental in opening the Women’s Health at Middletown East practice. She developed a culture of engagement and was also responsible for orienting and mentoring all new managers for Women’s Health.

Franklin is a certified medical office manager and a certified coder. She reports to Meredith Kydd-Hindelang, MHA, corporate director for Women & Children’s Services.
