Paul Danao Appointed Nurse Manager, Hemodialysis, Wilmington Campus

Paul Danao, BSN, RN, CDN, has been appointed nurse manager of the Hemodialysis Unit at ChristianaCare’s Wilmington campus.

In this role, Danao leads the dialysis team with 24-hour accountability and responsibility for daily operations and meeting organizational goals, guiding the team to excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and delivery of patient care.

Danao previously served as assistant nurse manager of the Hemodialysis Unit at Newark campus.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2014 and is enrolled in the Master of Science in Nursing Leadership program at Wilmington University.

Danao reports to Danielle Weber, MSN, MSM, RN-BC, NEA-BC, chief nursing officer, Wilmington campus.
