Mary Abraham joins Christiana Care as nurse manager of Hemodialysis
Mary Abraham, BSN, RN, has joined Christiana Care as nurse manager of Hemodialysis.
In this role, Abraham is responsible for the management of clinical nursing and delivery of safe, high-quality dialysis services that promote health and improve the quality of life for patients in the Hemodialysis units at Christiana and Wilmington hospitals.
Abraham has more than 18 years of experience working with dialysis patients and clinical teams. She joined Christiana Care from Health Advocate, a national company for health advocacy, patient advocacy and assistance, where she served as director of Clinical Operations. Abraham previously held multiple leadership roles in health services, and was instrumental in developing a National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) training program for foreign-trained nurses.
Abraham earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Widener University and is pursuing her MBA/MSN from Grand Canyon University.
She reports to Kimberly Talley, MSN, CRNP, RN, CNML-BC, FABC, LSSGB, vice president, Patient Care Services, Surgical.
