Jennifer Czerwinski appointed director of Patient Experience
Jennifer Czerwinski, BA, has been appointed director of Patient Experience.
In this role, she will be responsible for providing leadership, expertise, planning, facilitation and coordination for Christiana Care Patient Experience improvement initiatives and activities.
She will lead the Patient Experience program managers, help interpret data, identify opportunities to improve, design and execute improvement interventions, and monitor intervention outcomes in collaboration with system, service line, essential service, inpatient unit and physician practice leadership.
Czerwinski has over 13 years of health care experience working in a variety of roles with different health care organizations. She has more than 10 years’ experience with Christiana Care. She previously held positions in iLEAD as a senior education specialist and worked for a period in recruitment.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to that she worked as a regional organization development specialist, evaluating, designing and facilitating customer experience programs in the telecommunication industry.
She also was a pharmaceutical sales representative for Sanofi, responsible for educating physicians and other medication-prescribing professionals on new developments in the rapidly advancing pharmaceutical industry.
Czerwinski reports to Mike Puchtler, vice president of Patient Experience.
