Kathleen Eldridge, M.D., Appointed Clinical Director, Population Health Partnerships
Kathleen Eldridge, M.D., has been named clinical director of Population Health Partnerships. In this role she will serve as ChristianaCare’s physician leader across population health partnerships to design, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical initiatives on quality, patient experience and total cost of care. She remains clinical director of Acute Care Services and vice chair of the Department of Medicine.
Dr. Eldridge joined ChristianaCare Hospitalist Partners as a staff hospitalist in 2011. The expansion of Christiana Care Hospitalist Partners has been a hallmark of her leadership. Dr. Eldridge previously served as medical director of ChristianaCare Hospitalist Partners.
A graduate of the Sydney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Dr. Eldridge completed her residency and chief residency in internal medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a Masters of Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
She reports to Christine Donohue-Henry, M.D., chief population health officer.
