Wilson was nominated for being a dependable, gracious team member that caregivers and patients love being around. Her upbeat demeanor always leaves the people she interacts with in a good mood.
“When she comes into work, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face,” her nominator wrote. “She treats each patient like a member of her own family. She embodies care, compassion, gentleness, and kindness.”
Nothing stops Wilson from making sure her patients are cared for. She is always on the move, tending to their needs and addressing their questions.
“A call light will ring just once, and Genet is already in the room,” her team member wrote. “She is soft-spoken and gentle as a lamb. All the patients love her.”
