LaSherrial Mallett Named Vice President, Employee and Labor Relations

LaSherrial Mallett has been named vice president of Employee and Labor Relations at ChristianaCare. In this role, she oversees labor and employee relations for both represented and non-represented caregivers. She will work to strengthen relationships across the organization and ensure a fair, consistent approach to workplace issues.

Mallett has extensive experience leading teams and building positive workplace cultures. She previously served as director of Human Resources Business Partnership and Associate Relations at AmeriHealth Caritas, where she led a team handling workplace concerns and made processes more consistent. She also led human resources teams at Temple University Hospital, where she negotiated labor contracts and supported mergers and acquisitions, and at Aramark, where she managed human resources for a large health care account.

Mallett holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, University College, as well as a bachelor’s degree in management science from Coppin State University.

She reports to Chief Human Resources Officer Christopher Cowan, MEd, FABC.
