Rajeeyah Henry Named Operations Corporate Compliance Officer

Rajeeyah Henry has been appointed director of Compliance Operations and Governance in the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Office (CC&E). In this role, Henry is responsible for operations and day-to-day governance of the compliance program elements.  She will partner across the organization to continue to support a culture of compliance.

Prior to joining ChristianaCare, Henry was responsible for compliance and privacy operations at an academic health system in New York. She worked with stakeholders to create innovative compliance solutions, developed engaging education and training programs and optimized workflows, creating efficiency and effectiveness in the compliance and privacy program. Henry was also a key contributor to ensuring interoperability compliance, centralizing HIM functions and implementation of a multi-institution EMR system.

Henry graduated from Temple University and is certified in Healthcare Compliance.
