Kristen Raber Named Vice President, System Integration

Kristen Raber has been appointed vice president of system integration for ChristianaCare. In this new role, she will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent, efficient and holistic integration approach to all internal and external integration activities within ChristianaCare. She will oversee long-term value creation, helping to advance strategic objectives through participation in the evaluation of acquisitions and managing related integration processes.

Raber brings expertise in steer management, contract negotiations, project management and execution, and business engagement and change management. She has been with ChristianaCare since 2006 in a variety of roles, including IT project manager, business relationship manager and corporate director of IT cloud innovation. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a double bachelor’s degree from Emory University. She reports to Sharon Kurfuerst, EdD, OTR/L, FACHE, system chief operating officer and president of Union Hospital.
