Ashlee Rowles Appointed to Director of Operations for Women’s and Children’s Services

Ashlee Rowles, MHA, will assume operational and project leadership within the Women’s and Children’s services on behalf of David Paul, M.D., chair of the Department of Pediatrics, Matthew Hoffman, M.D., MPH, chair of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Billie Speakman, MBA, RRT, FABC, operations officer for the Newark Campus. In her role, Rowles oversees operations for the First State School, Healthy Women, Healthy Babies, and Child Development Watch.

Rowles joined ChristianaCare in 2017 as an administrative fellow from the University of Iowa. She received her master’s degree in health administration and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

Rowles reports to Billie Speakman.
