Ritanne Elentrio, MSN, RN, Named Clinical Director for Community Health, New Castle

Ritanne Elentrio, MSN, RN, has been appointed clinical director for Community Health, New Castle, part of ChristianaCare HomeHealth.

In this role, she is responsible for leading clinical operations, performance improvement, caregiver engagement and financial performance.

Elentrio has been a member of the Community Health, New Castle department since January 2020 and was successful as interim clinical director for the department, stabilizing department leadership and supporting our caregivers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Previously, Elentrio served in several leadership positions with increasing scope of responsibility at ChristianaCare HomeHealth, Bayada and Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University.

She reports to Ann Painter, MSN, RN, senior vice president, ChristianaCare HomeHealth & Community Services.
