Dr. Janice Tildon-Burton’s Practice Joins ChristianaCare Women’s Health

The medical practice of Janice Tildon-Burton, M.D., in the Glasgow Medical Center in Newark, Delaware, has joined ChristianaCare’s network of women’s health services as ChristianaCare Women’s Health at Glasgow.
Women and girls age 14 and above in Glasgow and the surrounding communities can now benefit from the advantages of primary care that is connected to Delaware’s largest health system, including ChristianaCare’s innovative Center for Women’s & Children’s Health.
“Our partnership with ChristianaCare will greatly benefit our patients, providing them with easy referrals to a wide range of truly exceptional health care services at ChristianaCare,” said Dr. Tildon-Burton, who has led the practice for 30 years.

The practice provides a wide range of services including complete obstetrical and gynecological care, well woman visits, annual pap smears, breast exams, menopausal care, sexually transmitted infection screenings and treatment, and adolescent gynecology.
ChristianaCare Women’s Health at Glasgow intends to add more providers in coming months. The current providers are:

- Shavonne Walker, medical assistant.
- Maria Cordeiro da Cunha, medical assistant.
