Eleather Baker, MBA, appointed director, Strategy & Planning
Eleather Baker, MBA, has been appointed director, ChristianaCare Strategy & Planning.
Baker leads complex strategic planning projects and directs strategy development and business planning functions for ChristianaCare. She also designs and facilitates processes intended to advance strategy and objectives within the organization.
Baker has 20 years of experience in health care strategy development, community-based health care and managed care. She most recently served as the chief strategy and corporate compliance officer at a regional Indiana-based primary care health network. There, she was responsible for guiding business growth strategy and organizational compliance including acquisitions, collaborative partnerships, expansion into new markets and federal audits.
Previously, she served in various leadership and management roles at statewide and regional health care organizations, where she led efforts to influence state and federal health care policy and funding priorities.
Baker holds a Master of Business Administration from Walden University and a bachelor’s degree in public health administration from Indiana University.
She reports to Sarah Nagle, MHA, FACHE, vice president, Strategy & Planning.
