Pamela Owen appointed nurse manager, Center for Spine Surgery and Advanced Joint Replacement

Pamela Owen, MSN, RN-BC, has been appointed nurse manager, 7E Center for Spine Surgery and Advanced Joint Replacement.

In this role Owen is responsible for daily management of the patient care unit.

Owen had been assistant nurse manager and patient care coordinator of 7E since 2002 and a clinical RN since 1996.

She received her Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Wilmington University in 2016 and her bachelor of science in Nursing from Immaculata University in 2012.

She holds a certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing from American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the Delaware Organization of Nurse Leaders.

She is actively involved on her unit and was instrumental in 7E achieving designation as a Joint Replacement Center of Excellence and a  Spine Center of Excellence.

She reports to Kimberly Talley, MSN, CRNP, RN, CNML-BC, FABC, LSSGB, vice president, Patient Care Services, Surgical.
