Dr. Janice Nevin speaks on transformation at Health Innovation Summit

President and CEO Janice E. Nevin, M.D., MPH, shared ChristianaCare’s success in transforming itself to a value-based health care system with other health care industry executives at the Health Innovation Summit in Chicago, Illinois, in the fall.

Dr. Nevin relayed how ChristianaCare has successfully embraced innovation and transformation to improve quality, access, patient satisfaction and community engagement.

“We want to make health care radically convenient for people to get what they need, when, where and how they want to receive it,” Dr. Nevin said. “It’s about the right care, at the right time, in the right place.”

Rooted in ChristianaCare’s values of Love and Excellence, ChristianaCare is advancing care in the community by increasing access to primary care, independence at home, virtual technology and analytics to support patient care.
