Interactive video aquarium delights visitors at Wilmington Hospital

Is that a giant fishbowl? This bubbly undersea environment is actually a wall projection in the atrium at Wilmington Hospital. As Deckard, Holt and Brooke demonstrate, the fish move and the coral sway as patients and visitors interact with the wall on their way to appointments and to visit loved ones. The display is supported by a gift from the Niziolek family in memory of a long-time Wilmington nurse “Miss Jean” Niziolek, BSN, RN.
