Vice President Biden praises Wilmington Transformation Project

Vice President Joe Biden, who was unable to attend the dedication ceremony of the Wilmington Transformation Project on May 30, sent a congratulatory letter praising the project and our dedicated staff for their service to the people of Wilmington.
