Renee Crossman, PT, DPT, ATC — Physical Therapy Program Manager

Renee Crossman graduated from Quinnipiac University in 1990 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She received her Master’s in Orthopedic Concentration in 2003 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2008, from Drexel University.

While at Quinnipiac University, she studied Athletic Training and served as the Head Student Athletic Trainer and was primarily responsible for the Men’s Ice Hockey Team and the Baseball team.

She completed both her graduate degrees from Drexel University, where she did research on subjects who sustained shoulder injuries. Her research included evaluating Postural Deficits on Subject with Shoulder Impingement.

Renee worked for the Crozer Keystone Health System for 25 years, the last five serving as Physical Therapy manager at the Springfield Healthplex. Although having a diverse background, throughout her career she has had experience in treating patients with shoulder and other sports injuries, athletes with foot and ankle injuries and subjects who have sustained burns and wounds. She was directly involved in facilitating the rehabilitation aspect of the joint care program at Crozer Keystone Health System. She has been trained in McKenzie Techniques for the Lumbar Spine and Graston Trained for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.

An avid runner and triathlete, she brings her passion for athletics to her professional rehabilitation of her patients.

Lynn Friderichs-Gabos, MA, CCC/SLP — Speech Language Pathologist

Lynn Gabos is a licensed, certified speech language pathologist with Christiana Care’s Rehabilitation Services. Lynn works with adults with communication, cognitive, voice or swallowing problems at Concord Health Center, and Christiana and Wilmington Hospitals.
