Celebrate spring with a festive Bunny-tini! These pretty pastel mocktails are low in sugar and quick to prepare with just three ingredients. A splash of half-and-half adds a hint of marshmallow creaminess. These fruity treats are perfect for Easter dinner or brunch with friends!
To make these mocktails extra special, skip the dyed sugar and opt for colorful freeze-dried fruit to decorate the glass rim. It’s healthier and adds an extra punch of flavor to your drink. A seasonal marshmallow garnish adds to the cuteness!
Don’t have a cocktail shaker? No problem. Shake the mocktail in a food-safe container with a lid, such as a mason jar or clean soup container, and pour through a fine strainer into your prepared glass.

Directions
- Optional: If you are preparing the glass rim, do this step first. Pour 2 teaspoons of lemonade into a saucer just big enough to fit the rim of your chosen glass. Add crushed freeze-dried blueberries to another small dish. Dip the glass rim into the lemonade and let the excess drip back onto the plate. Next, dip the rim into the blueberries, turning the glass as needed to evenly coat the rim.
- Add 2 ounces lemonade and the fresh or frozen blueberries to a cocktail shaker. If using frozen blueberries, let them sit for a minute or until they are soft enough to crush. Muddle the blueberries (use a wooden spoon if you do not have a muddler) and add the remaining 2 ounces of lemonade and half-and-half.
- Fill the shaker with ice and cover. Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mocktail through a fine strainer (to remove blueberry skins) into the prepared glass. Optional: Garnish with 1 marshmallow treat. Serve immediately.
