Jeanana Lloyd Appointed Vice President of Talent Development
Jeanana Lloyd, MA, has been named vice president of talent development for ChristianaCare.
In her new role, Lloyd and her team are responsible for the development and execution of the enterprise strategy for leadership development, performance management, succession planning and talent management programs.
Since joining ChristianaCare in 2015 as a talent advisor, Lloyd has centered her work around talent development, succession planning and executive coaching.
She most recently served as manager of succession planning, and her recent responsibilities have included the Caregiver Engagement Survey; the Bravo! employee recognition program; the Caregiver Resource Center; Human Resources communications; and organizational development and learning technologies through LearningSpace.
Some of her key initiatives undertaken while at ChristianaCare include LeadershipDNA, talent reviews and the administrative fellowship program.
Lloyd earned a master’s degree in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Seton Hall University.
She reports to Chris Cowan, MEd, FABC, chief human resources officer for ChristianaCare.
