Introducing Digital Forms, Appointment Reminders and Check-In

ChristianaCare is now making it easier than ever for patients to complete or update their forms priors to their doctor’s appointment and to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

For upcoming appointments, patients will receive a text or email message before they arrive with a link to complete all forms and confirm their information. They can use any electronic device (phone, tablet, personal computer) from the comfort of their home or anywhere else. Patients should be on the lookout for secure texts or emails from ChristianaCare.

ChristianaCare is also offering contactless check-in. When patients arrive for their appointment, they can scan the QR code from the poster in their provider’s office using the camera on their phone and follow the instructions. Staff will be notified that they’ve arrived; It’s that easy.
