Leslie Mulshenock Named Vice President of Operations

Leslie Mulshenock has been promoted to vice president of operations and assumed the operations leadership role for the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute in addition to her responsibilities within the Center for Heart and Vascular Health. In her role for the Graham Cancer Center, she oversees the daily operations of clinical services within the center on behalf of Nicholas Petrelli, M.D., Bank of America Endowed Medical Director Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute, and Billie Speakman, MBA, RRT, FABC, operations officer for the Newark Campus.

Mulshenock joined ChristianaCare in 2007 as a director in Heart and Vascular Services before moving into the role of corporate director. Her leadership responsibilities have included overseeing financial processes and controls; the development of data and analytics; and overseeing operations for interventional services, the Structural Heart Program, the Acute Coronary Syndrome Program, the Cardiology Short Stay Unit and the Wilmington Cardiac Care Unit.

She received her master’s degree in healthcare administration from Wilmington University and a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University. She is also a fellow of the Advisory Board Company.

Mulshenock reports to Billie Speakman, MBA, RRT, FABC, operations officer for the Newark Campus.
