ChristianaCare earns Top Workplace honors

For the 17th consecutive year, ChristianaCare has been recognized as one of the top places to work in Delaware, according to Energage LLC, a research firm that analyzes organizational health.

This accomplishment underscores the commitment of ChristianaCare’s extraordinary caregivers to serve together guided by the health system’s values of Excellence and Love, and to deliver optimal health and an exceptional experience to everyone we serve.

A survey sent earlier this year measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection. Caregivers used the opportunity to speak about values, time, their team and management. The responses clearly demonstrate that our caregivers are passionate about being able to express their ideas and the opportunities they have at ChristianaCare.
