Wilmington neighbors hold candlelit event to honor caregivers during COVID-19
The Midtown Brandywine Neighborhood Association brightened the night for caregivers at ChristianaCare’s Wilmington Hospital with a candlelighting on April 1. The association wanted to bring a spark of joy and inspire hope for a swift conclusion to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are showing our support for all our health care workers and first responders,” said Association President Rhea Phillips. “We appreciate all the sacrifices they are making.”
