Bradley Sandella appointed Musculoskeletal Service Line leader
Bradley Sandella, D.O., ATC, has been appointed leader of the Musculoskeletal Service Line.
In this role Dr. Sandella will oversee the strategic direction and clinical activities of the service line. He will lead an expansion of sports medicine with a focus on population health to enhance musculoskeletal care in the community through a high patient satisfaction, low cost model. A particular focus for the expansion of sports medicine and concussion care will be at Christiana Care’s Concord Health Center.
He joined the health system’s Medical-Dental staff in 2010 practicing sports medicine and family medicine and has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” in Delaware Today. In his leadership roles, Dr. Sandella has served as associate lead of the Musculoskeletal Service Line, director of Sports Medicine and program director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship.
Dr. Sandella earned his D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Christiana Care where he was named Resident of the Year and served as chief resident in 2008-09.
Dr. Sandella reports to Christine Donohue-Henry, M.D., chief medical officer for community care.
