Ei Phyu appointed operational lead for Neurosciences Service Line and director of Medical Group Operations

Ei Phyu, MHA, has been appointed operational lead for the Neurosciences Service Line and director of Medical Group Operations.

In this role, she supports the overall operations and strategic development of the Neurosciences Service Line and also leads the practice operations of Christiana Care’s employed Neurosciences practices.

Phyu joined Christiana Care as an administrative fellow in 2015 and has been working as a leader in the Neurosciences Service Line since 2016. She has a proven track record of operationalizing strategies and leading successful initiatives including pathway development, growth of new clinical programs and expansion of ambulatory services. She also has played a key role in developing and integrating financial planning and management across the service line.

Phyu received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rochester and a Master of Health Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She also is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

She reports to Mike Eppehimer, MHSA, FACHE, chief operating officer of The Medical Group.
