Quick Chicken Burritos

Quick Chicken Burritos Recipe

  • YIELD: 4 Servings
  • SERVING SIZE: 4 oz. chicken, 1 tortilla

Ingredients

  • 4 10 whole wheat tortillas
  • 16oz rotisserie cooked chicken skin removed, meat removed and diced
  • ½ avocado diced
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 6 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese reduced fat
  • 6 tbsp light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • shredded cabbage or lettuce

Instructions

  1. Place a tortilla on each plate. Divide chicken, avocado, salsa, cheese, sour cream and cabbage between the tortillas and roll.
  2. Serve with vegetables or salad.
