Christiana Care pharmacist Trent Beach honored for clinical leadership

Christiana Care Health System Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Trent Beach, Pharm.D., MBA, MHA, FASHP, received the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley’s Administrative Achievement Award.

The Network recognized Beach for his achievements in assisting with the development and implementation of quality, performance improvement, accreditation and education around medication management and pharmacy practice.

Beach has significant experience in the innovative design and implementation of financially appropriate initiatives integrating clinical, operational, strategic and ethical business issues.

He received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill; his clinical residency at UNC hospitals; and his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky. He went on to complete his MBA and a master’s degree in management with a concentration in health care administration at Wilmington University College of Business.
