He taught philosophy, religion and bioethics at Villanova and La Salle universities in the Philadelphia area. Prior to that, he co-founded and directed a community adult education center for East Asian immigrants.
Dr. Lee earned his doctorate from Cambridge University; a Master of Divinity from Yale University; a Master of Professional Studies from New York Theological Seminary; and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
He reports to Bettina Tweardy Riveros, Esq., chief health equity officer.
Donna Mower-Wade appointed director of Advanced Practice Clinician Services
Donna Mower-Wade, DNP, APRN, ACNS-BC, CNRN, has been appointed director of Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Services.
In this role she will be responsible
for overseeing advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants. She will provide leadership and coordination of all advanced practice nursing and physician assistant standards, including policy,
procedures, licensing, scope, integration and utilization.
Mower-Wade joined Christiana Care in 1985 and has over 34 years of health care experience. Most recently, she was manager of advanced practice clinicians for the Neuroscience Service Line for both inpatient and outpatient practices. In this role, she facilitated the growth of the neurology intensive care unit APC service to cover 24/7, including the addition of a new neuro-stepdown and epilepsy monitoring unit; development of the new APC acute neurology service and a pain service; and increased employee engagement and retention rates.
She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wilmington University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware.
She reports to Cynthia D. Griffin, MS, RN, CPHQ, CCM, chief nursing officer for community care.

Connie Przybylek appointed director of Clinical Operations for Perioperative Services at Wilmington Hospital campus
Connie Przybylek, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, has been appointed director of Clinical Operations for Perioperative Services at the Wilmington Hospital campus.
In this role Przybylek is accountable for the daily operations of the Wilmington Hospital operating rooms, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Prep and Holding, Phase II and the Roxana Cannon Arsht Surgicenter.
Przybylek has worked at Christiana Care for nearly 38 years, most recently as administrative director responsible for surgical physician assistants, anesthesia technicians and perioperative system support.
She began her career in Perioperative Services by working on the development of the Perioperative Evaluation and Preparation team and has been involved in the implementation of SurgiNet scheduling and documentation, renal transplant, endoscopy and anesthesia systems.
She received her Master of Nursing Administration from the University of Delaware and holds nursing informatics and advanced nursing executive certifications.
She reports to Judy Townsley, MSN, RN, CPAN, NEA-BC, FACHE, vice president of Perioperative Services.
Bradley Sandella appointed Musculoskeletal Service Line leader
Bradley Sandella, D.O., ATC, has been appointed leader of the Musculoskeletal Service Line.
In this role Dr. Sandella will oversee the strategic direction and clinical activities of the service line. He
will lead an expansion of sports medicine with a focus on population health to enhance musculoskeletal care in the community through a high patient satisfaction, low cost
model. A particular focus for the expansion of sports medicine and concussion care will be at Christiana Care’s Concord Health Center.
He joined the health system’s Medical-Dental staff in 2010 practicing sports medicine and family medicine and has
been recognized as a “Top Doctor” in Delaware Today. In his leadership roles, Dr. Sandella has served as associate lead of the
