9th Annual Kidney Transplant Symposium for Professional Care Providers of Patients with ESRD

The goal of this year’s symposium is to present the risk factors associated with having a kidney transplant. Christiana Care Health System is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by Delaware Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. A unique mother-to-mother, community-based workshop that equips women with the tools to successfully manage the transition into mother- hood. During this program for new moms and moms-to-be, we will share advice and tips on: • Forming a parenting team.
