 Those purchasing naloxone in Delaware will undergo a short training to understand how to administer the medication or they can even attend a community training session if they desire. Naloxone can then be administered quickly by family and friends to those that may have overdosed on opioids while also administering rescue breathing/CPR if needed and waiting for emergency responders to arrive and continue care. 
