Media Advisory: Delcastle students showing appreciation for ChristianaCare caregivers by delivering 10,000+ cookies after baking the night away

WHAT: Culinary students at Delcastle Technical High School will bake then deliver more than 10,000 cookies to health care workers across multiple ChristianaCare campuses. Delcastle students from other career areas, and volunteers, will help decorate cookie boxes ahead of time.

Media are invited to cover the delivery and distribution at Wilmington Hospital and can be connected with a Delcastle representative if interested in covering preparations, including baking, ahead of the delivery.

WHY: Delcastle students want to thank caregivers throughout ChristianaCare for the work they have done for the community during the pandemic.

WHEN: Friday, December 10, 2021 at 10 a.m. Please arrive by 9:50 a.m.
