With the addition of the practice, ChristianaCare’s award-winning primary care network now operates 23 practices throughout Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Eastern Maryland.

“We’re excited to provide families in the Kennett Square area with high quality, affordable primary care,” said Glea Mazzuca, D.O, clinical lead of the practice. “Our practice has expertise to provide care to the whole family, including children and adults of all ages, and women’s health through all stages of life. If you’re looking for a new primary care provider, we look forward to meeting you!”

“Patients who choose a ChristianaCare primary care practice benefit from the advantages of being connected to Delaware’s largest, most advanced health care system, including electronic medical records and easy referrals,” said Cydney T. Teal, M.D., CPE, FAAFP, FACP, chair of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at ChristianaCare. “Their primary care provider becomes their ‘medical home’ — the place where patients can build a relationship with their health care provider and seek medical advice for problems large and small.”

“Because ChristianaCare is a regional center of excellence in women’s health, women at all stages of life can be confident they will receive exceptional, personalized care at our new practice site in Kennett Square,” said Matthew Hoffman, M.D., MPH, FACOG, Marie E. Pinizzotto, M.D., Endowed Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at ChristianaCare. “Close proximity to primary care providers at the location will integrate health and support services in seamless ways.”
