ChristianaCare Opens Health Center in Aston, Completing Next Phase of Aston Campus

Located on the Aston Campus, the new health center brings together physicians, specialists and diagnostic services while expanding the range of care available to local residents.

Today, ChristianaCare celebrated the opening of the ChristianaCare Health Center at Aston, a new multi-specialty outpatient facility that brings primary care, specialty care, imaging and diagnostic services together for Delaware County residents.

Located on the second floor at 700 Turner Industrial Way, the new health center expands the services available to patients on the Aston Campus, complementing ChristianaCare Hospital, Aston, which opened earlier this year.

Primary care is the cornerstone of the services available at ChristianaCare Health Center, Aston. For Nicole Pantle, D.O., one of the primary care clinicians who will practice at the new health center, the opportunity is especially meaningful.

“Transitioning from hospital medicine to primary care has given me an even greater appreciation for the importance of continuity of care,” said Pantle. “I’m excited to bring that perspective to the Aston community, where we can build long-term relationships with patients, help manage complex medical conditions and provide the ongoing care that people need close to home.”

For Pantle, caring for patients in Aston feels like a homecoming. Having attended high school in the community, she is proud to return as a clinician, caring for the people and families in a place that has long felt like home.

“To have the opportunity to return to the community that helped shape me and give back by caring for the people who live here is truly an honor. I’m proud to be part of the ChristianaCare team and to help build a continuum of care for the Aston community.”

As the center prepares to welcome patients, appointments are currently available for primary care and other services.

The multi-specialty outpatient facility brings together primary care, specialty physician services, imaging and cardiac diagnostics, making it easier for residents to access a range of health care services in one location. Its imaging and diagnostic capabilities also address a local need, offering services that previously required travel to neighboring communities.

“The ChristianaCare Health Center at Aston represents the next chapter in our commitment to Delaware County,” said Pauline Corso, president of Ambulatory Network Continuity and Growth at ChristianaCare. “This center is about more than expanding services. It’s about investing in the people we serve and the relationships that help communities thrive. We are proud to deepen our presence in Aston and honored to serve this community for years to come.”

Together, the ChristianaCare Health Center, Aston and ChristianaCare Hospital, Aston create a community-focused campus that provides a continuum of care ranging from primary and specialty care to emergency and inpatient services. The hospital includes 24/7 emergency care, inpatient beds and advanced diagnostic capabilities, creating a strong foundation for the growing Aston Campus.
