ChristianaCare Adds Cardiology Services in Woodstown, N.J.

ChristianaCare is enhancing access to expert heart care in the Woodstown, N.J. community with the addition of board-certified cardiologist Subra Guruparan, M.D.

This expansion underscores ChristianaCare’s commitment to providing high-quality, specialized medical care close to home, offering expert cardiology services to meet the growing demand for heart health management and care in southern New Jersey communities.

“At ChristianaCare, we are deeply committed to increasing access to expert medical care in the communities we serve,” said Dr. Kirk Garratt, M.D., MSc, medical director of ChristianaCare’s Center for Heart & Vascular Health. “Patients in Salem County and the surrounding areas can now receive expert cardiology care without traveling far from home. This is part of our mission to make a positive impact on health outcomes by delivering care that is convenient, compassionate and tailored to each patient’s needs.”

Guruparan brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to the diagnosis, treatment and management of chronic and acute heart conditions, as well as guidance on maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle.

“I am excited to provide cardiology care to this wonderful community,” said Guruparan. “My goal is to work closely with each patient to deliver personalized care that improves their quality of life and helps them lead healthier lives. I look forward to building lasting relationships and making a meaningful difference in their heart health.”
