Chief Learning Officer
Dr. Tabassum Salam is the chief learning officer for ChristianaCare. She oversees the strategic direction and activities of the Institute for Learning Leadership and Development (iLEAD) to ensure the department’s alignment with ChristianaCare’s goals and priorities.
In 2018, Dr. Salam served as the American College of Physicians' vice president in the Division of Medical Education and led the team that produces the Internal Medicine In-Training Exam.

An interprofessional group of educators from multiple institutions piloted a simulation-based learning experience focusing on acute pain management.
