Graling High II Appointed Director of Environmental Services/Patient Escort

Graling High II, MS, has been named director of Environmental Services and Patient Escort. In this role, High will oversee the day to day operations of the Environmental Services and Patient Escort departments for the Newark and Wilmington campuses. High started at ChristianaCare in 2014 as manager of Guest Services and has served for the past six years as operations manager of Environmental Services for the Newark campus.
Prior to working at ChristianaCare, High spent two years at Hackensack Meridian Health System as operations supervisor and two years at Montefiore Medical Center as an operations management trainee.
High earned a master’s degree in employee relations and a bachelor’s degree in labor management, both from from Rutgers University. He also has earned a certificate in healthcare leadership from the University of Delaware and a certificate in human resource management from Baruch College in New York.
He reports to Jason Funyak, vice president of Support Services.
