Mike Kelly joins Christiana Care as vice president, Strategic Learning and Development
Mike Kelly, MS, has joined Christiana Care as vice president of Strategic Learning and Development in the Institute for Learning, Leadership and Development (iLEAD).

In this role, Kelly will oversee strategic learning and development needs across the system and assist with designing and implementing solutions to improve organizational performance. He also leads the creation and delivery of effective educational and development programming that strengthens our exceptional teams’ abilities to meet our strategic goals.
Kelly has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing operations, safety and risk management, information systems, organization development and human resources. He most recently served as senior director of Learning & Leadership Development at Quest Diagnostics, where he was responsible for steering strategy and governance of company-wide learning and leadership programs.
Previously, Kelly was global learning and development leader at an engineering design, procurement and construction company, and served as an adjunct faculty member in Engineering Management at the University of Kansas School of Engineering.
Kelly holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kansas.
