Alexander Tittle joins Christiana Care as corporate director, Diversity & Inclusion

Alexander C. Tittle, MA, has joined Christiana Care as corporate director of Diversity & Inclusion.

He leads Christiana Care’s diversity and inclusion-focused programs and efforts and serves as an expert partner with our caregivers to ensure all voices are heard as we move to become “even better tomorrow.”

Tittle has over 10 years’ experience in leadership roles in diversity and inclusion. He served in various roles in the U.S. Army.

He earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Management and a bachelor’s degree in Health & Wellness from The Citadel.

He reports to Pamela D. Ridgeway, MBA, SPHR,  vice president, Talent & Inclusion.
