Fran Gott appointed vice president, Specialty Practices, Medical Group Operations
Francis A. Gott III, MBA, RRT, has been appointed vice president, Specialty Practices, Medical Group Operations.
In this role, Gott will continue to serve as a senior leader in The Medical Group team with a focus on standardizing operations across specialty practices. He will build on his operational responsibility for employed Heart & Vascular practices and continue his partnership with the service line to provide ongoing leadership and support of these important practices. He also will broaden his partnership with Roger Kerzner, M.D., FACC, clinical director for specialty services for The Medical Group, to support the operations of medical specialty practices.
He will remain in his system-wide role providing operational leadership of care standardization efforts.
In his nearly 20 years of service to Christiana Care, Gott has served in multiple leadership roles, across Respiratory Care, Acute Medicine, Primary Care & Community Medicine and The Medical Group. His collaborative and engaging leadership style has helped to guide multiple successful changes and produce results across diverse care settings.
He has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Wilmington University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a fellow of Leadership Delaware and recently graduated from Intermountain Healthcare’s Leadership Institute.
Gott reports to Mike Eppehimer, MHSA, FACHE, chief operating officer of The Medical Group of Christiana Care.
