Jodi Hartlep, MBA, MHA, FACHE, has been appointed administrative director of the Musculoskeletal Service Line and will serve as the operational leader for the service line. Hartlep will work closely with the physician and nursing leaders of the service line to advance the strategic vision for musculoskeletal health across the continuum of care and put structures in place to operationalize and execute that vision.
Hartlep joined Christiana Care in 2000 and most recently served as director of Rehabilitation Services, responsible for the operation of the satellite units. She was instrumental in the expansion of locations throughout the community including the sites at Springside Plaza, Middletown Care Center, Smyrna Health and Wellness Center and Concord Health Center.
Prior to her employment at Christiana Care she managed dialysis units for Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, Missouri, and Gambro Healthcare in Philadelphia. She has master’s degrees in business administration and health care administration from the University of Pittsburgh and bachelor’s degree in economics from Youngstown State University. She also is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
