Christiana Care earns Training Top 125 honors
For the third consecutive year, Christiana Care has earned a coveted spot as one of Training Magazine’s Top 125 best companies for training and learning development. Christiana Care placed number 28 on the list of all industries and retained its top ranking among hospitals on the list.
“This continued top ranking by Training Magazine recognizes the excellence of Christiana Care’s learning and development programs and the exceptional dedication and work of all our educators and faculty,” said Rosa M. Colon-Kolacko, Ph.D., MBA, senior vice president, System Learning, executive director, Learning Institute and chief diversity officer at Christiana Care.
Christiana Care’s Learning Institute, launched in 2011, is a virtual institute designed to engage and inspire learning across traditional department lines. It contains distinct centers that nurture ideas and best-practice educational services for all levels of the organization.
Now in its 14th year, the magazine’s top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs and how closely development efforts link to business strategies and promote achievement of objectives.
