Mary Williams, RD, LDN, CDE is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator at Christiana Care’s Eugene du Pont Preventive Medicine & Rehabilitation Institute in the Department of Family & Community Medicine. Mary brings over twenty years of nutrition expertise to the outpatient setting. She has worked in both inpatient nutrition and as a long-term care consultant. She also provides nutrition counseling, grocery store tours and classes for diabetes, weight management, food allergies, heart disease, celiac’s disease, eating disorders, pulmonary rehabilitation, adult cystic fibrosis, and adolescents.
